At this time, we are actively testing EndNote with the new Word for Mac 2016 Preview. Microsoft does not currently support third party add-ons in the Office 2016 Preview. Because of that, the EndNote tools will not load.

When I complete a document - especially with tables and print to pdf or direct from word half the text is missing. The preview pane looks fine as does the actual pdf document. If I use Word for Mac 2011 everything prints fine. I have had to uninstall Word 2016, as often I send these documents to customers and they complain they can't print the document correctly.

I have spent several hours trying to resolve this but nothing seems to resolve the problem. I don't recall having this issue with previous versions ( pre-2018). I don't exactly remember which version worked correctly?

This problem seems to have started early 2018 or late 2017. Anyone else having this issue?

The pdf looked fine in preview as well as the actual document. Both the word document and the pdf do not print correctly. Excel and PowerPoint seem to work fine.
